Deirdre serves as a Senior Consultant at CarriageStone.  Deirdre is Human Resources Director at the Carolinas Fertility Institute, P.A. and Managing Partner of Therapeutic Management Services, Inc., which provides office billing and credentialing solutions to private medical and therapeutic practices.  Deirdre formerly served as the Human Resources Director for The Neil Group, Inc., where she designed and developed corporate handbooks and policies, recruited and hired personnel, and was implementation project manager for the organization's transition to electronic health records.  For several years, Deirdre was Principal Coach and Consultant for Metanoia Consortium, Inc., a organizational firm providing on and offsite strategic and functional personnel services for the manufacturing, medical, engineering, distribution, education, accounting, and insurance business sectors.  In this role, Dierdre served as a functional lead providing executive coaching, succession/workforce planning, talent acquisition, developed and implemented compensation and benefits plans, and developed workshops and seminars on teamwork, career pathing, collaborative communications, and transformational leadership.  Deirdre has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Innovative Career Solutions, Inc., Express Employment, and the Charlotte, NC-based Wachovia Corporation (now Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.), and Vice President for Business Development for CompConTech, Inc.  A voracious reader and writer of business and human relations topics, Deirdre has authored or co-authored over 60 articles and 2 small business books to date.
