Sarah is a Senior Consultant at CarriageStone.  Sarah is a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in Cary, North Carolina, where she utilizes a results-driven strategy and her knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing, especially social media, to provide exemplary customer service to her real estate investing and project development clients.  Prior to Keller Williams, Sarah worked as a real estate broker for Branching Realty, LLC, where she organized seminars for first-time home buyers featuring information on the process, financing options, appraisals, and home inspections.  Before her real estate career, Sarah spent many years working as a litigation paralegal for several insurance defense law firms including Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C. in Raleigh, North Carolina and Ranalli, Zaniel, Fowler & Moran, LLC in Reno, Nevada.  Sarah also worked as a litigation paralegal for the business law firm of Herndon & Stosich, P.A. in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and as a trusts and estates paralegal for Sumpter Law, LLC, where she worked closely with supervising attorneys, estate beneficiaries, accountants, and financial advisors on many aspects of trusts and probate administration.  In addition to the legal and real estate professions, Sarah has worked in diverse roles in sales and marketing, operations, and management.  Sarah worked as a skin care consultant and sales professional at Ulta Beauty and as a supervisor at the business process outsourcing solutions firm, Conduent, where she assisted clients with employee health insurance benefits like COBRA, FSA, and HRA.  For several years, Sarah served as school administrator of University Pre-school, where she managed the day-to-day operations, human resources, information technology systems, and enrollment management of its three (3) locations in Reno, Nevada.  A highly analytical thinker, organizer, and excellent communicator, Sarah’s areas of practice knowledge include aspects of the law, real estate and economic development, sales and marketing, and social media content creating and marketing.
